Q: How much upfront money one have to pay?

Our system is offered on pay as you use basis with no upfront money.



Q: Does your package include hardware as well?

Hardware does not include in our offer. We can, however, help to purchase compatible hardware. We try our best to use existing hardware components, if any.



Q: Do we need to network our tills?

Yes because the Networked terminals may be synchronised real time. Network terminals have also common database to help overall business reports.



Q: What type of terminals is used?

It is always advisable to have PC based EPOS terminals as they have several advantages. PC based systems are also easier to upgrade and always have the latest features.



Q: Can the software be purchased as off the shelf?

Our EPOS software is supplied as SAAS (Software As A Service) and is installed by our trained engineers. It ensures compatibility in terms of terminals, printers and other required hardware components.



Q: What happens if something goes wrong with the system?

Our telephonic free service is available 24/7 from 11.00 A.M. to mid night. If you encounter a hardware fault that cannot be fixed remotely you can send the unit to us by post (return post charges will be payable by you) or we can send an engineer to your premises for a small callout charge.



Q: Does the system include stock control?

Our software provides all necessary sales reports and in a typical hospitality environment should be enough for stock control, as it is difficult to calculate usage of raw material used to prepare food stuff.



Q: How many tills are supported?

Our software supports unlimited real time synchronised tills. Orders can be taken from any of the tills while payment can be taken from any or some predefined terminals for this purpose.



Q: What is limit on printers integrated with the EPOS system?

No limit on the number of printers integrated with the system. All the printers have predefined alternate companions for auto shifting of printing to these destinations.
